1. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 10 business days depending on your parcel destination (8-10 business days for western states and remote areas).
3. Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days. Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
