Shipping

When will you ship out my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 10 business days depending on your parcel destination.
Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

How much is the shipping fee? Is there a free shipping option?

  • For Orders up to $29, Standard Shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat Rate of $6 per order.
  • For Orders over $29 but not more than $100, Standard Shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat Rate of $10 per order.
  • Free Standard Shipping over $100 within Australia (excl. bulky items*). 
  • Express shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat rate of $15 per order.
  • Most products are shipped by Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and Courier Please.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item purchased online?

Yes you can. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.

How should I proceed if I wish to exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@4warehouse.com.au.

I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/wrong. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please together email photos of the item. We will resolve the issue ASAP.
You do not have to pay the return shipping fee.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes, orders can be picked up Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), 10 am-4 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
