Measuring and Checking Equipment

Measurement in a warehouse answers three practical questions: will it fit, what does it cost to freight, and is the part within tolerance.

  • Tape measures and long reels: cartons, pallets, racking runs and floor layout.
  • Vernier calipers: part dimensions, wall thickness and tolerance checks.
  • Digital angle finders and spirit levels: installing racking, benches and signage square.
  • Thickness gauges: material checks on packaging and components.
  • Counters and templates: repeat counting and marking tasks.

If freight is charged on cubic size, measure the packed carton including any bulge, record it once, and use the same figure for quoting and labelling.

Do you stock weighing scales? + -
Not at present. Tell us the capacity and platform size you need through the bulk pricing link and we will let you know what we can source.
