Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

• For Orders up to $29, Standard Shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat Rate of $6 per order.
•  For Orders over $29 but not more than $100, Standard Shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat Rate of $10 per order.
• Free Standard Shipping over $80 within Australia (excl. bulky items*). 
• Express shipping within Australia (excl. bulky items*) - Flat rate of $15 per order.
• Most products are shipped by Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and Courier Please.

Handling Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 10 business days depending on your parcel destination. 
• Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
• Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

In-store Pickup

• Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), 9:30 am-5:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup address: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia.

Deposit & Free Storage

• All custom products require a 50% deposit.
• Products in stock DO NOT accept credit terms. They must be shipped upon order placement or reserved upon order placement.
• The warehouse offers free storage for 90 days, and shipments can be arranged within this period based on the buyer's requested timeline.
